The tram network is the historic means of transport for the city of Prague. Operating on the electrified line since 1891, it carries over 360 million passengers every year.

TRAM timetable

The TRAM service consists of 22 daytime and 9 night lines .
The Tram service is NON-STOP, 24 hours a day and from midnight until 5 in the morning the night trams (numbers from 51 to 59) come in, with reduced service, every 30 minutes.

Tickets

The use of Prague trams is bound by the purchase and validation of a ticket, also valid for buses and subways.

There are 3 different types of tickets (all valid for both trams, buses and metro):

Standard : it is valid for 90 minutes at a cost of 1.24 € / 32 CZK and also gives the possibility to travel on trams, buses , the Petřín funicular and the Prague Zoo chairlift, always within 90 minutes.

Short : it is valid for 30 minutes at a cost of € 0.93 / 24 CZK.

Tourist : there are valid 1 day ( 4,26 € / 110 CZK) and 3 days ( 12 € / 310 CZK)
