Prague Castle is the largest inhabited castle in the world, the residence of the President of the Czech Republic. During the tour we will explain the origins and evolution of this building complex. We will tell you about the legend of the founding of Prague, the deeds of kings and emperors, we will make you relive the mysterious atmosphere that reigned when the alchemists carried out their experiments within the castle walls.

After walking in the Royal Gardens (open in spring and summer) we will enter the Castle complex. We will visit the interior of the Cathedral of San Vito, a Gothic and Neo-Gothic jewel. We will then head inside the Old Royal Palace and then we will visit the Romanesque Basilica of San Giorgio. We will continue to one of the most famous places in Prague Castle: the Golden Lane, where the alchemists of Rudolph II are believed to have lived and which also saw the writer Kafka among its inhabitants. At the end of the Golden Lane is the Dalibor Tower, used until the end of the 18th century. as a prison. The tour will end on the balcony of the St. Wenceslas vineyard from where you can admire one of the most beautiful views of Prague.
